Delivery and Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing IraCraft – Crafting Brilliance™. We are committed to processing and shipping items quickly and securely.

All products listed on our website are Ready-to-Ship. Your order will be packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placing your order. This timeline does not include the carrier's transit time.

We partner with reliable carriers to offer dependable shipping services. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch) 3–6 Business Days.

Please Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the selected shipping speed.

• Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders unless specified otherwise.

Currently, we do not provide international shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package's status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

We take great care in packaging, but occasionally, issues occur during transit.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at customercare@iracraft.com or whatsapp us at +919244087442 and provide photographs of the damage to both the item and the packaging. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund.
• Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or a full refund. IraCraft is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
